On Monday she was unable to attend a church service during the celebration of the Commonwealth Day, which is celebrated by all British commonwealth countries.

“Queen Elizabeth II is still under the weather from stomach flue and has cancelled all her engagements.”

BBC reported that the one hour long service was still to exhausting for the eighty six year old Queen who has been battling stomach flue for the past 10 days.

The Queen was rushed to the King Edward VII hospital in London 10 days ago for having the stomach flue but was released the very next day.

Since she returned home, Queen Elizabeth II has cancelled all of her engagements.
