The Syrian Observatory for human rights, based in Great Britain, announced the bodies of the men, between 20 and 30 years of age, were discovered by the edge of the Quwaiq-river in the Bustan al-Qasr district.

More and more Syrians are fleeing their homeland to neighboring countries. The refugee organization, Unhcr, a division of the United Nations says that the past 7 weeks at least 200,000 Syrians have fled their country.

Reports are that more than 700,000 Syrians are living in fugitive camps outside of Syrian borders in Jordan, Turkey and Lebanon, in an effort to escape the brutalities of the Syrian army, commanded by Syrian President/dictator Bashar al-Assad.

The United Nations said on Monday that without an influx of money from donors, it will no longer be able to assist more Syrian fugitives.

Smaller groups of Syrians have found refuge in North-Africa, Iraq and Egypt.

Crimes against humanity by the Syrian army have raged through the country for the past two years, killing at least 200,000 men, women and children.
