MIAMI – 3 passengers on board a single engine plane did not survive when the plane crashed into a home on Thursday.

The only person inside the home at the time of the crash managed to escape by jumping through a closed window. The woman suffered glass cuts and was taken to a hospital.

The accident happened nearby the Flagler County airport in Eastern Florida.
The plane crashed into the roof of the house and caught on fire. Neighbors told CNN they aren’t sure how the accident happened.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
