According to the Christians the bible clearly says that the coming of Jesus is proceeded by violence and chaos.
Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan told a small Christian congregation on Sunday: “I am asking myself if this is a clear indication telling us the end is near?”.
Last Friday gruesome murders took place in a North Eastern town of Nigeria when Muslim extremists entered the homes of Christians and killed 15 of them in their sleep by slashing their throats.
The town is situated nearby Maiduguri, the focal point of the very radical Muslim group Boko Haram. The Islamic group has conducted several ‘murder raids’ against Christians in Nigeria over the past year.
Just in 2012 alone, hundreds were murdered in Nigeria because of religious believes. The nation is divided into two prime religious sects; Christians in the south and Muslims in the north.
