Angelina Jolie Ready To Quit Acting

Jolie claims she wants to make more time for her family and to continue with her charity work as a special representative for the United Nations. Quitting her acting career is the only way she can do that.

“Of course I am thinking about it. I will have to stop anyway when the kids are in their teen years. There will be enough to do at home then,” says 37 year old Angelina.

Angelina Jolie, who’s been in front of a camera since early age, says she’s always enjoyed her work and will probably still perform in a few more movies before calling it quits completely.

She realizes how fortunate she’s been as an actress but adds that if it were to end tomorrow she’d be happy because she’d be able to stay home with her children.

Angelina, who has been together with actor Brad Pitt for 10 years, has six kids running around at home: Maddox, Pax and Zahara (who were adopted) and Shiloh and twins Knox and Vivienne, who are her maternal children.

The actress says she also wants to give more of her time with helping the refuge charity division of the United Nations that she became a special agent for.

“Not only does that take way more time than my job as an actress but it gives me greater satisfaction too,” the world star said.
