SYDNEY – A 12 year old boy was eaten alive by a monster sized crocodile while swimming with friends at a river in the Northern Territory in Australia.

The boy and the children were accompanied by a few adults who tried desperately to save the child but the humongous sized crocodile, about 13 feet long, dragged the boy into deeper waters.
The horrific accident occurred in Port Bradshaw, a bay south of Nhulunbuy, in the remote region of Arnhem Land, which is mostly occupied by Aborigines.

A large scale crocodile hunt was organized immediately and rangers and police spotted the killer croc. They fired several rounds the animal but the crocodile managed to escape.
Further rescue search has been abandoned because authorities believe finding the crocodile over the next few days is highly unlikely.
This is the second time a child has been killed by a salt water crocodile, aka Salties, in that region. On November 17th a seven year old girl was dragged away by a croc while she was swimming with friends.
Police located that crocodile one day later and killed it. The content of the animal’s content revealed human remains.
