LIMA – When Nathalie Holloway first disappeared in Aruba in April 2005, her mother vowed a crusade to uncover the truth about her daughter’s disappearances:
“I will pursue this with every ounce of energy that I have. And I’m not gonna stop.”
Beth Holloway has kept that promise thus far. On Wednesday she sneaked into the jail in Peru where lead suspect Joran Van der Sloot is kept for murdering 21 year old Peruvian, Stephanie Flores, to confront him about Nathalie’s disappearance.

Beth Holloway-Twitty, mother of Nathalie Holloway, confronts Van der Sloot in Peruvian jail.
Holloway was accompanied by a Dutch journalist investigating her daughter’s disappearance. She got to talk to Van der Sloot for about five minutes before being escorted out of the facility by Peruvian authorities for not having permission to be inside the jail with a camera crew. Van der Sloot reportedly refused to answer any of her questions.
Holloway-Twitty’s attorney, John Kelly, told NBC News:
“She’s still looking for answers about her daughter. She wants to bring her daughter home.”

Van der Sloot previously confessed to disposing of Holloway’s body, only to later retract his statement which he later said was in an effort to extort money from the Holloways.
