The shooting began when the game between Oklahoma Thunder and the LA Lakers had ended and spectators started to leave the dome.

Witnesses say gunshots could be heard when the masses started to make their way out of the arena.

Eight people got injured from stray bullets, one person is in critical condition. One of the injured individuals is a pregnant woman who was attacked during the brouhaha. She is doing well and has received medical attention.

Authorities are unclear at this time if the gunshots came from several individuals or from one single gun. They also don’t know if the shooter was a supporter for the Thunder team, which won the game against the Lakers or a disgruntled Lakers’ fan.

Investigation is ongoing.
