SYDNEY – Nick Vujicic, the Australian young man who has become famous as the ‘preacher without limbs’, has tied the knot and is celebrating his honeymoon in Hawaii.
Vujicic, who is from Czech decent, was born without legs, arms, hands or feet. Through sheer force of will, determination and courage, he learned to perform daily tasks, many of which able people take for granted, allowing him to live an independent life.
At 17 Nick started his own non-profit organization ‘Life Without Limbs’. He travels the world as an evangelist and motivational speaker, teaching people about the bible and how anyone can succeed in life regardless of what obstacles one faces as long as we trust in God’s goodness.
He uses his own life’s story as a reference of what people can achieve if they set their hearts and minds to it and don’t take ‘No’ for an answer.
Last week, Nick Vujicic was married in California to his sweetheart and beautiful bride Kanae Miyahara. The two are presently spending their honeymoon in Hawaii and can be seen strolling through the tropical sand and taking snapshots of each other.
