LONDON – If a trip to London is in your not so distant future be sure to ‘not’ stay at the Happyvale hotel located in the London suburb of Camden.
Health inspectors say the hotel is only good for those who wish to spend a night between cockroaches and mice poop.
Reportedly, a routine inspection revealed some rather macabre findings inside the hotel that from all outside appearances looks like a charming place to stay.

Per the London inspectors, as soon as you close the hotel’s front door behind you, you step into a world of pure neglect and disgust.
Carpets and rugs are worn down to the thread. Cockroaches live in abundance on every floor of the four story building and mouse poop is even present in the showers.
Oh but wait, it doesn’t end there.
Some toilets are missing the water tank, and can’t be flushed unless a weary traveler is willing to pour water down the seat. And in some rooms drainage didn’t work or was partially clogged.
And should the hotel catch fire, God forbid, you best hope you have you’re own garden hose handy because fire hoses were missing on every floor of the ‘charming’ place and fire alarms malfunctioned continuously.
According to the inspectors, the hotel is so dirty and unhygienic they had no choice but to give its 60 year old owner Stephen Gethin an $8,500 fine, ordered by a judge.
And that’s the real horror of the story …
