Michael Jackson Put In Concrete

HOLLYWOOD – Michael Jackson got immortalized in cement in Los Angeles. His children Paris, Prince and Blanket used a shoe and glove belonging to Michael to make the impressions in the wet concrete.

Grauman’s Chinese Theater is a famous tourist spot and the place were many Hollywood ‘royalty’ are ‘entombed’ forever in slates of cement, spread out on the theater’s entrance floor.

Marilyn Monroe, John Wayne, Bob Hope and Cathrine Hepburn are just a few of the many stars immortalized in concrete blocks at Grauman’s.

Now the ‘King Of Pop’ has joined the ranks of ‘forever remembered’ celebrities to have their name, foot and hand prints forever on display in Hollywood.

Paris used one of her dad’s gloves to make Jackson’s hands imprints and Prince and Blanket each used a shoe belonging to their deceased father to make his famous foot imprints.

Stars were at hand to celebrate the inspiring occasion, including Smokey Robinson, Quincy Jones, Justin Bieber, as well as the entire Jackson clan.

The ‘encasing’ of Jackson coincides with the opening of Cirque du Soleil premier of “The Immortal World Tour”, which is a performance about the life of Michael Jackson.

Under normal circumstances, the cement blocks displayed at Grauman’s Chinese Theater consist of the honored star’s name, foot and hands imprints.

In Michael’s case an exception was made, permitting his three children to add their hand imprints next to their father’s, as a symbol of ‘forever united’.
