In Afghanistan a man has made a Koran that is allegedly the largest of its kind in existence.
The holy book tells 218 pages and is a staggering 7 feet 52 inches long and 5 feet 11 inches wide.
The cover of the book is completely made of leather that took 21 goatskins to complete. The enormous Koran weighs just over 1000 pounds and cost several hundred thousand dollars to construct.

In 2011, the largest Koran in existence was found in Russia measuring 6 feet 3 inches long and 4 feet 5 inches wide. That book was weighed around 1,600 pounds because it was covered in gems, gold and silver.
