A new ‘wonder pill’ has been invented that will provide all the benefits of fitnessing without actually having to work out at all.
Scientists have discovered that the hormone irisine, which is produced naturally in human bodies, is responsible for burning calories during sports activities.
Medical experts from the Harvard Medical School hope that the new discovery will lead to the treatment of obesity, diabetes, cancer and help those who aren’t able to exercise.
At present there is a problem with the new irisine based wonder pill. Taking the ‘medicine’ makes a person loose weight but doesn’t make the muscles stronger and that means an individual using the pill will still need to work out physically.

Scientists are hopeful however that the wonder pill will be available to consumers in about two years time and that it will allow an individual to loose weight without having to go to a gym.
