Kardashian Wedding Fake? Mom Says ‘No’

HOLLYWOOD – The whole world has jumped on Kim Kardashian’s bomb drop announcement that she’s divorcing Kris Humphries after just 72 days.

Media around the globe are blaring the gossip, from slut magazine to respected news site, Kim Kardashian’s divorce is front and center.

For the Kardashian clan this has to be the greatest publicity stunt ever, so incredibly effective, even mom Kardashian is getting on the act.

She tells Today that her daughter’s wedding was real and Kim adds to it saying she’s giving some of her wedding gifts to charity. Really? Oh, she’s such a nice person isn’t she?

Yet another publicity stunt in the making? “World Feels Sorry For Kim Kardashian!” Can you see the headlines? We certainly can.

Just one question:

What happened with all the millions you got in addition to the gifts? Are you giving all that money to charity too? Hello … can’t hear you …. speak louder please!

Besides, making donations to charity with ‘bad’ gifts and money should make this whole fiasco right? Just like that? Just that easy?

The diva says she regrets getting married and adds that “she got caught up in the hoopla”.

Hmm! A wedding that she referred to as being ‘the one’ has suddenly become a ‘hoopla’?

Interesting twist.

What we think about this soap opera, not that it matters:

Marketing at its best, that’s what we think of the charade. Name branding taken to an entirely new level all for the purpose of one thing ‘money, fame and ego’, well alright, that’s three things.

Could it be that this time Kim Kardashian bit off more than she can shew?

This ‘real wedding’ of hers, that the E! channel allegedly paid millions for to air the 4 hours drama, and this ‘real divorce’ of hers, that media around the globe is gobbling up, may well end up costing Kim a part of herself: her soul.

Then again, looking at how Kim flounders through life, she’s currently in Australia doing yet another ‘business’ deal, we’re beginning to wonder if she has one; a soul that is.

Of course, she can always follow in Paris Hilton’s footsteps who, after U.S. criticism became to hot for her to handle and her ‘like’ ratings shot into the toilet, packed her bags and headed for the Netherlands where she’s bloating up her needy glamor status all over again with underground D.J.s.

Look, even if Kim doesn’t give anything she made from her wedding to anyone. Fine. Even if this wedding and this divorce really was nothing more than a gigantic marketing stunt on Kim’s part. Fine.

One thing is not fine: Kris Humphries, per his own admittance, find out he was being dumped over the media. That’s just downright disrespectful and insulting to the man.

At the very least, you Kim, who now suddenly has such regrets, should have been woman enough to tell your man that you are divorcing him before anyone else knows about it first.

That’s the only decent thing to do. Because you Kim didn’t do that, we believe your marriage and your divorce was one giant marketing ploy to a handsome paycheck.
