Blitzen, Highest Jumping Dog In The World

EDINBURG – A rescued dog turns out to have a jumping ability unlike any other four footed critter on the planet.

Blitzen, who was rescued from a certain death at a Scottish kennel, loves jumping up in the air catching splashing water.

The Clark family, who rescued the Collie, say their four year old pooch hasn’t been trained to jump that high. He just does it on his own.

“The kids play around throwing water in the air and he loves jumping after it,” Stacey Clark said.
“To us, it’s like he’s dancing. He loves kids and water”.

How high can Blitzen jump? At 6Ft 3.5In, Blitzen jumps high enough to earn himself a spot in the Guinness Book of Records beating the former highest jumping dog by almost 5 inches.

The photos below were taken during a family outing at the Scottish Loch Morlich in Cairngorms.

The Clark family have 2 children and adopted Blitzen when his former homeless owner couldn’t take care of him anymore.
